These Terms of Use explain your access to and use of Captain VIP Tours’ website https://captainviptours.com (the “Site”) and its services (“Services”), whether you are browsing as a guest or a registered user (“You”). By using this Site, you confirm your agreement with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site. Captain VIP Tours may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must not use this Site in any manner that could damage, overload, or interfere with the Site, servers, networks, or other users. Unauthorized access, hacking, transmitting malicious files, using false information, or collecting personal data without consent is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Site for unlawful purposes is not allowed.
All images, text, logos, and trademarks on this Site are owned by Captain VIP Tours or third parties and are protected under copyright law. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Logos may only be resized proportionally and cannot be used to imply any affiliation or endorsement without formal consent.
48 hours or more before tour: no cancellation fee
24–48 hours before tour: 50% of the booking fee
Less than 24 hours: 100% of the booking fee
Refunds are processed 1–5 business days via Zelle or 1–10 business days via credit card, and all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Unused portions of tours are non-refundable.
Pickup times include a 5-minute grace period. Customers arriving late must make their own transportation arrangements and will not be eligible for refunds. Any requests to change pickup time or location must be sent in advance via email or text message.
Participation in any tour or activity offered, including ATV, zip-lining, horseback riding, water excursions, or other adventures, involves inherent risks such as injury, accidents, or exposure to weather. Participants accept full responsibility for these risks. Captain VIP Tours is authorized to arrange medical care if required. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.
By participating, you release Captain VIP Tours and associated partners from all claims related to injury, illness, death, or property loss, including those resulting from negligence or accidents. This waiver is as broad as allowed under Jamaican law. If any part is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
CVT Website and Call Center customers must agree to the Refund and Cancellation Policy before completing a booking. Tours can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance without additional charges. Full charges apply if the customer misses the tour, leaves early, fails to use included services, arrives late, or does not meet health/fitness requirements. Exceptions for emergencies must be documented.
By booking a tour, you authorize Captain VIP Tours to charge your payment method for the total booking price. Any additional fees imposed by banks or credit card providers for international transactions are the customer’s responsibility.
Captain VIP Tours may capture photos or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media worldwide without compensation.
Captain VIP Tours prioritizes your privacy and the security of personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to prevent fraud, or protect others. By using this Site, you accept our privacy practices.
