Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how cancellations work:

48 hours or more before your scheduled tour: No cancellation fee, full refund.
24–48 hours before your tour: 50% of the booking will be retained.
Less than 24 hours or on the day of the tour: 100% of the booking is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by Captain VIP Tours within the timeframes above to qualify for any refund.
